SeatDeck: 1.8 Density 35# compression Ultracell HR - High Resiliance Plyurethane foam. 3/4 oz blended fiber overlay.
Frames: Frames stocks are harvested from certified sustainable sources. Frame is constructed in European Beech lumber with all parts being cut and machined in the United States. All stress joints to be connected utilizing one of the following, Double Doweled, or motise and tennon joinery. Corner block are finger jointed into seat rails. Blocks are screwed and gluded in place. Glue is polyvinyl acetate.
Finish: Frames finished in 14 step process utilizing a catalyzed conversion varnish sealer and top coat. Conversion varnish offers superior moisture resistance, cleaner / chemical resistance and surface strength. The coating includes an anti-microbial agent as well as a UV Inhibitor.
