Frame: Frame stocks are harvested from certified sustainable sources. Frame is constructed in European Beech lumber with all parts being cut and machined in the United States. All stress jpoints to be connected utilizing double doweled or mortise and tennon joinery. Corner blocks are finger jointed into seat rails. Blocks are screwed and glued in place. Glue is polyvinyl acetate.
Finish: Frames finished in 14 step process utilizing a catalyzed varnish sealer and top coat. Conversion varnish offers superior moisture resistance, cleaner / chemical resistance and surface strenght. The coating includes an anti-microbial agent as well as a UV Inhibitor.
Warranty: M & M Healthcare warrants exposed wood-framed seating against defects in materials and workmanship (fabrics are not included in this warranty), under conditions of normal use and service, for 6 years from the date of purchase.
