Seat Cushion Content:Comfort Firm, 2.3 High Resilient Ulra Cell foam core (24% soy base), wrapped in two layers of plush reflex foam encased in a moisture resistant barrier. All cushions and padding materials meet UFAC.
Seat Support: Coated sheet webbing applied to the rails. Provides uniform seat foam support and superior seat deck life
Back Cushion Style: Loose
Back Cushion Content: 1.1 density 22# compression Ultracell Polyurethane foam. 3/4 blended fiber overlay.
Frame: Frames stocks are harvested from certified sustainable sources. Frame is constructed in European Beech lumber with all parts being cut and machined in the United States. All stress joints to be connected utilizing one of the following, Double Doweled, or mortise and tenon joinery. Corner block are finger jointed into seat rails. Blocks are screwed and glued in place. Glue is polyvinyl acetate.
Finish: Frames finished in 14 step process utilizing a catalyzed conversion varnish sealer and top coat. Conversion varnish offers superior moisture resistance, cleaner / chemical resistance and surface strength. The coating includes an anti-microbial agent as well as a UV Inhibitor.
Warranty:
Frame and Springs - 10 years.
Cushions - 3 years.
Additional Notes: Corrosive resistant staples are used in moisture susceptible areas.
