Seat Cushion Content: 1.8 Density Ultracell HR - High Resilience Polyurethane foam. Wrapped in two layers of plush reflex foam and one layer of 1 oz fiber. All cushions and padding materials meet UFAC & California Technical Bulletin 117.
Frame: Frames stocks are harvested from certified sustainable sources. Frame is constructed in European Beech lumber with all parts being cut and machined in the United States. All stress joints to be connected utilizing double doweled or mortise and tennon joinery. Corner block are finger jointed into seat rails. Blocks are screwed and glued in place. Glue is polyvinyl acetate.
Finish: rames finished in 14 step process utilizing a catalyzed conversion varnish sealer and top coat. Conversion varnish offers superior moisture resistance, cleaner / chemical resistance and surface strength. The coating includes an anti-microbial agent as well as a UV Inhibitor.
